What if it rains?

If the weather makes it impossible for your outdoor shoot to go forward, we will reschedule at your convenience. 

What if I have to cancel?

If you must cancel due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, we can reschedule your session at your convenience.  I would much rather photograph you and your family when you are happy and healthy, as this will show through in the photos.   

When can I see my photos?

Turnaround time is generally 1-2 weeks.  However, if you need the images sooner please let me know and I will try to accommodate you.

How long will my online gallery be available?

Your online gallery will be available for 300 days.  I recommend that you download your images and back them up shortly after you receive access to your gallery.    

Can I share my online gallery with family/friends?

Yes!  I will email you a link and password to access your gallery.  You may share the link and password with friends and family so that they may view the images.  Note that I typically provide image download rights only to the client, so that you have control over who has your images.  I also provide clients the option to “hide” photos in the gallery if they wish. 

Do you offer prints?

Yes!  You can purchase prints through your online gallery.  All print orders placed through your gallery are fulfilled by Richard Photo Lab, one of the best pro photo labs in the country.  Have another lab you wish to use?  You can download your images through your gallery, and use the print lab of your choice.  That said, Richard Photo Lab’s prints are much higher quality than those offered by commonly used consumer grade labs.  Prints ordered through your gallery typically ship from Richard Photo Lab within 1 business day, and gift packaging is available. 

Will you be using my photos on your website or in marketing materials?

Not without your permission.
